A signed agreement and deposit may be required to confirm a shoot. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined in the project agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by California law, STEFDPHOTO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
