Acreage estates here range from a couple of acres to substantially larger parcels, often with seasonal creeks, mature oak canopies, paddocks, and outbuildings. None of that is visible from the road, and none of it photographs from inside the house. A Loomis listing without aerial coverage is systematically under-marketed. The Horseshoe Bar Road bluff-edge inventory is some of the most distinctive in the region because of the elevation and the seasonal canyon light. Old Town Loomis adds a historic-character layer, with restored Victorians and Craftsmen that need different lighting than the modern acreage builds.
